At Skirnor Vintage, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
